Origami: Ninja Star

Today, I will teach you how to make a great paper ninja star. This is very simple only requiring a square piece of paper and if you want you can also use your handy pair of safety scissors. Now just follow these simple steps and your have your ninja star. If you don't have a square sheet of paper then follow step one, if you do have one, then skip step 1.

Step 1: fold the rectangular piece of paper diagonally(as shown below) and then remove the excess

Step 2: fold your square piece of paper in the middle and then split it in half.

Step 3: fold both pieces in half(hot-dog style)

Step 4: Fold both of those(hamburger style) and then unfold it to get a reference of where the half of the paper is.




Step 5: make triangles by folding diagonally on both sides of the papers(as shown below)

Step 6:Take the to triangle and fold it toward the right on the middle and fold the bottom one to the left

Step 7: fold the excess(the triangles) to the other side(getting a diamond/kite shape)

Step 8: put one of the diamonds on top of the other one

Step 9: put each triangle in the hole of the triangle in front and when you have done it to all of them, then you would have this magnificent ninja star.
